Coaching is scheduled at our mutual convenience. The day and time for the next session will be arranged at the end of each coaching session, or we can set dates a month, or more, in advance. If booking a programme, you must complete all sessions within the specified time period.
All sessions will be via Zoom. I will forward you a link in advance of each session enabling you to join at the agreed time. Between sessions you may email me, to share important or exciting news, or if you are experiencing some difficulties and would like a bit of coaching support. If required, we can arrange a brief telephone call for this purpose, which you can request by e-mail. I may also message or email you if there is something to share or if I have a thought or idea which might be useful to you between our sessions together. I enjoy providing this extra level of service, and will not charge you for it.
I recognise that in the course of our work together you may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, job information, personal and other such private information. I will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for my own benefit, or disclose this information to a third party. I will not voluntarily disclose that we are in a coaching relationship without your expressed written permission.
I ask for payment in advance for each coaching session. If booking a programme, this should be in one payment at the start, securing the agreed rate. You have a 14 day cooling off period for programmes once you pay, but if we have our first session before this time, then you agree you lose the right to this.
Life is imperfect, and I will try to accommodate any unforeseen issues, although I ask that you make our time together a priority. Generally, I require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation/change to our agreed time. Persistent cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
